This is a Black owned business in the right area. When I read the previous reviews I knew when I got there it would be an issue. This Sunday this location was super packed & line was out the door. The guys in the kitchen please stop clowning & playing this is business. Put your masks on! Covid is still Out here, you guys are around food. Still busy the cashier tells me I have to wait 40 minutes for the Dressing. Fine I’ve been craving this. I waited 30 minutes & the guy serving the food says my food is misplaced? How? And now it’s a 10 to 15 wait. I stayed patient while he claims to give me complementary. He was calm which is a good mood to be in. There is a limit seating but I stayed in. I never got anything extra & they forgot my cornbread. I’m hesitant to come back cause I wanted to try the Hennessy wings. Expect the worst. I recommend because food was hot & very Tasty!! Dressing tastes like my grandmas. The Yams were EVERYTHING! forgot to mention I waiting over an hour so brace yourself. My is stomach is HAPPY! I actually enjoyed anyway, Good Day.

I’ve eaten here twice now. First time I had the salmon with mac n cheese, asparagus and corn bread. This time I got the shrimp and grits and it was delicious. Everything was cooked well and the flavor was popping! Definitely getting this again

First time attempt at something new and it did not disappoint! The sandwich was delicious!!! Real Salmon fillet seasoned well!!! Fries were amazing!!!! The freshness of everything was eye appealing! The delivery was perfect timing. This is a huge win-win for me "finicky eater alert" pleasant and delightful unexpected joy to eat real food again while traveling! They forgot my cheese but to be honest it did not require anything further from the way I ordered it!!! I was so taken aback that photos were not a thought in my mind. I have learned to embrace the moment and enjoy it! And indeed I did thank you!

I visited this restaurant on this past Thursday around lunch time. The lady behind the register who prepared my food was very nice and pleasant. She answered my questions with patience. The restaurant was clean and I really enjoyed my food! I will visit again!

I visited this past Saturday afternoon for the first time and I had a pleasant experience. The customer service was good and my wait time for my food was minimal. My food was so delicious! I ordered the honey bbq wings, max & cheese, green beans w/ an Obama tea. It was fresh, hot, seasoned, and flavorful. The Obama tea was tasty too. All around great experience and I’ll be back soon.

We were driving through Chicago and wanted some good food, we were not disappointed! I ordered the lamb chops w/ yams and Mac , jerk fries, and the cucumber mint lemonade. First off the Lemonade was deliciously so GOOD. All the food was so good and flavorful and juicy, my family all enjoyed their food also. The place was busy and is a small lobby (no dining area) area so it was a bit packed, but hey, that just speaks for how good this place is!

Our food normally be on point the seasoning down to the quality and the cornbread. Feb 22 About 7pm we got food and my daughter jerk tips was good but the mac and cheese wasn't good I order the oxtail dinner they didn't have no juice on there with them and the mac and cheese was old because it was the last in the tray I was trying to let the young lady know we wanted to wait on fresh mac and cheese she said ok she was so busy up there playing and talking and laughing over people food she didn't pay attention to what I said. We got home and of course it wasn't fresh mac and cheese and we didn't get no cornbread and I also order peach cobbler and that have a big chunks of dough in the bottom of the container smh for 8 not worth it. I didn't eat nothing but one oxtail because it was salty I had to find something else eat because the restaurant was closed already. And I would've like fresh food .. great place for food be delicious all the time but lastnight wasn't good.
